My expectations were high for this shop because I got good reviews from some friends.. I needed and estimate for ordering some flowers for an event but they wouldn't even tell us the price for a rose. We even gave them an approximation of what we might choose and buy but they wouldn't say any number. The lady wouldn't stop saying that we needed to book an appointment first before anything else which was a little odd because one of the ideas of any shop would be to sale or get clients.. they certainly lost some that day.

Maryann went way out of her way to provide the best service possible. When she told us that the daffodils that we requested were out of season (every florist in town said the same thing), we were disappointed because we were in Granby for my sister-in-law’s burial, and they were her favorite flowers. Instead, my brother and I chose from a beautiful selection of yellow gerbera daisies. The next day we were more than surprised to see a gorgeous arrangement of yellow gerbera daisies, roses, tulips, alstroemerias, and DAFFODILS! Maryann had gone to the trouble of buying potted ones at a Provigo supermarket and cutting them! We appreciated her kindness, empathy, and exceptional service!
